Engaging, dependable Human Services Assistant, with a unique combination of experience in community programs and initiatives, as well as solid clerical, scheduling, organizational and customer service skills, who communicates effectively in English and Spanish.

Passionate about helping individuals, families and communities, her background includes developing and leading youth programs; street team outreach to raise awareness of and provide resources for healthy living habits; and assisting low income families with tax preparation and financial enrichment education. Service oriented and skilled at fostering customer relationships largely due to excellent engagement and translation skills, cultural competency, a positive attitude, and creative problem solving. Her work history also consists of administrative roles, with proficiency at coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and designing and producing reports.
