62 Businesses Awarded $753,929 in Grants
Sixty-two Monroe County businesses in a number of different industries were awarded $753,929 in grants to provide a diverse array of training to 1041 employees. The funds were awarded from January 1 to March 30, 2009. See Awards and How to Apply

City and RochesterWorks! Collaborate on Summer Jobs Program for Youth
About 1500 area youth will take advantage of summer employment opportunities in recreation centers, government, community organizations, local colleges and companies. Funding is expected to total approximately $1.5 million.
