Working for an expanding company on the Westside of Rochester.
You will be taking incoming calls within a call center setting to review health care coverage programs.
Successful candidates must be:
- Reliable and provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
- Associates degree or related customer service experience.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Hours of operation are: Monday – Friday
Shifts Available: 9:30am – 6pm or
11:30am – 8pm or
10:30am – 7pm
