You would be responsible for helping to build a robust behavioral health network rooted in best practices with excellent client outcomes. You would guide and support the agency to successfully enter into value-based contracting while improving integrated service delivery for vulnerable clients.
Other essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a trauma informed care environment
- Providing overall project management for the BHCC and active issues resolution for providers
- Acting as the driving force for the collaborative to ensure achievement of goals and objectives
Education: Bachelor’s degree healthcare, hospital, public, or business administration, social work, psychology, nursing, public health, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Credentials: Valid NYS Driver License
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Behavioral Health, Healthcare, Human Services, or related field. Knowledge and experience in project management required. Experience with lean six-sigma, value based contracting, network provider management, managed care, and Medicaid preferred.
