Speed Locksmith is an actively growing locksmith company based in Rochester NY. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help us continue to be the best locksmith company in the area.
The position is a full-time position.
The office admin will be expected to:
- Perform account payable and account receivable functions.
- Day to day office management
- Receive phone calls from customers and direct them as needed
- Handel customer issues and emergencies
- Assist with marketing as needed
- Create reports as needed for management
- Assist our technicians as needed
Our office admin must have:
- Office administration experience
- Proficient with Microsoft suits: Excel and Word
- Experience with Accounting software - Quickbooks is a must
- Good communication skills and problem solving
- Customer representative experience
- Detail oriented
