Office Administrator - Speed Locksmith

Speed Locksmith is an actively growing locksmith company based in Rochester NY. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help us continue to be the best locksmith company in the area.

The position is a full-time position.

The office admin will be expected to:

  • Perform account payable and account receivable functions.
  • Day to day office management
  • Receive phone calls from customers and direct them as needed
  • Handel customer issues and emergencies
  • Assist with marketing as needed
  • Create reports as needed for management
  • Assist our technicians as needed

Our office admin must have:

  • Office administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft suits: Excel and Word
  • Experience with Accounting software - Quickbooks is a must
  • Good communication skills and problem solving
  • Customer representative experience
  • Detail oriented
