Customer Service Representative - Allpro

SUMMARY:

Allpro Parking is seeking seasonal/temporary Customer Service Representatives to work various special events. This is a great opportunity to work for a fun company and make some extra money. Come be a part of the professional difference!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. To successfully complete each parking attendant shift without incident of customer dissatisfaction
  2. To maintain assigned parking lot in a manner which provides a safe environment of both customer and personnel.
  3. Ensure the safe and controlled traffic flow from the point of entry to the parking space.
  4. Be attentive to and assist customers.
  5. Be familiar with the parking lots and Stadium.
  6. Respond to customer concerns immediately.
  7. During shift inspect lot for safety hazards, including open fires.
  8. Act as a Customer Service Ambassador by offering a greeting and smile to everyone you come into contact with. 

OTHER JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Follow all rules and general guidelines as learned in training.
  2. Smoking and personal cell phone use is not allowed.
  3. Perform special projects when required.
  4. Participate in opportunities to advance professional and personal development and growth.
  5. Enhance internal communication by sharing knowledge, skills and experience with co-workers.
  6. Work under general supervision of the Field Manager.
  7. Interact on a regular basis with other Allpro personnel.
  8. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  9. Valid NYS Driver’s License without restrictions.
  10. Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  11. Team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  12. Demonstrated Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  14. Must conform to Allpro’s uniform dress requirements.
