LinkedIn is a social media tool you can use to widen your network, stay better connected, and promote yourself a bit. By no means is LinkedIn a replacement for face to face networking. It does, however, help you build and maintain connections.
This course is intended for those who are just getting started with LinkedIn. It also provides content usually overlooked by most users who fast forward to job search activity missing many elements that will accelerate their job search results.

Our Current world is full of economic challenges. So many people in our community are uninsured due to cost of health insurance products, or loss of jobs. Many people can't afford their COBRA insurance even with the subsidy, and health insurance options look like a maze. An Excellus representative will be available to give you a brief overview on the Safety Net Products. They are government programs that are available to the uninsured based on income and household size. The products consist of Adult and Child Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Healthy NY and Value Med Plus. Nancy Carson of Excellus will be presenting.
