The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 requires that local plans be reviewed and updated at the end of the first 2-year period of the 4-year local plan. We have posted a draft of our update to the Monroe County/Rochester Local Plan 2017-21 below for public comment.

The public commenting period will end on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 11:59:59 a.m. Any comments received after this time will not be considered. Comments may be e-mailed to Lkoslow@rochesterworks.org.

Please include "Public Comment for Monroe County/Rochester Local Plan" in the subject line. 
Alternatively, comments may be hand-delivered or mailed to Lee Koslow, RochesterWorks, Inc., 255 North Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14607. Mailed comments must be delivered (not postmarked) by the deadline.
When submitting a comment, please include the relevant page number of the local plan document. It will be easier for us to address comments that are worded clearly and concisely.
