RECRUITING ROUND ROCHESTER
Every Monday morning, and on select Thursday afternoons, holiday’s excluded, RochesterWorks! host Recruiting Round Rochester when we welcome businesses into our downtown career center to network and interview job seekers.
ROCHESTERWORKS! ANNUAL CAREER CONFERENCE AND JOB FAIR
Every January RochesterWorks! throws the largest job fair in our region. On average over 1000 job seekers and 70+ businesses attend the event.
Special & Targeted Events
Pending demand, RochesterWorks! hosts events that put a spotlight on fast growing businesses and in demand industries in our region. As example we have hosted hiring events highlighting human services, manufacturing, health care, and information technology.
RochesterWorks! is familiar with other community and regional events that may benefit your business. This includes the New York State Department of Labor, County of Monroe Workforce Development, education and training providers, and various community-based organization hosted events.
