RochesterWorks! For Youth offers programs that get young people between ages 16 and 24 ready for the job market. These programs include internships, summer, part-time and other opportunities for employment and workforce development.

Summer Youth Employment Program
On average 800 young people participate in our summer jobs program per year.
Youth Navigator Services
RochesterWorks! Youth Navigators are community partners with a specific niche for assisting youth ages 17—24. The Navigators “help us help you” by providing intensive support services. Their role is to enhance access to, and success in, existing programs and services available to our youth.

The 2020 Summer Youth Employment Program
Every year RochesterWorks! in partnership with Monroe County, the City of Rochester, and dozens of businesses in our community hire hundreds of young people across our community. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store in 2021!
