This Job Strategy Group session focuses on using visualization and reflection to help job seekers reconnect with their goals, values, and aspirations.

Job searching can become overwhelming when people lose sight of what they are working toward. Inspiration boards can help create clarity, motivation, and direction by turning ideas and goals into something visual and personal.

You will explore how to:

• Identify personal and professional goals
• Visualize the future you want to create
• Clarify values, interests, and motivations
• Use inspiration boards to support focus and encouragement during a job search

This session is reflective, creative, and designed to help participants reconnect with possibility and direction.
