Active Staff-led Social Group
RochesterWorks Sunshine Club, a staff-led social group, hosts a variety of activities and programs for team members to enjoy. Past events include a lunchtime taco bar, annual chili cook-off, after-hours celebrations, holiday gift exchanges, and more.
Staff-led DEIA Committee
RochesterWorks adopted a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) strategic plan in 2023 that was developed by a staff-led DEIA committee. The committee provides ongoing review of the implementation of the strategic plan, with the support of the Executive leadership.

RochesterWorks is a proud member of the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) Level Up program.
A Level Up Champion is an employer that has taken the first step toward wage equity by instituting a $15 or higher starting wage within their organization. This commitment demonstrates their investment in their employees and is one way they are doing their part to address poverty in the Greater Rochester Area.
