The Disability Resources and Services Program is the go-to for employers and job seekers in accessing disability resources. Funded through the NY Systems Change and Inclusive Opportunities Network (SCION) program, the RochesterWorks’ Disability Resource Coordinator and Disability Services Advisor aim to increase the capacity of the One-Stop workforce system to serve individuals with disabilities.

The Ticket to Work Program is a free and voluntary program from the Social Security Administration that helps people with disabilities prepare for and find employment, while protecting access to benefits during the transition to work.
