Finger Lakes Regional Career Fair

The NYS Department of Labor (DOL) and RochesterWorks are excited to present the Finger Lakes Regional Career Fair on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, from 1:00 – 4:00pm at Monroe Community College’s Downtown Campus, 321 State Street, Rochester, NY (next to the Red Wings Stadium).

This event is open to all job seekers and career changers. Connect with hiring managers, explore opportunities, and access valuable career resources. Whether starting out, changing careers, or advancing your path, this fair is a great way to move forward. Please share with family and friends — everyone is welcome!

  • Quick Check-In Tip: The Department of Labor (DOL) will be checking in all attendees at the entrance.
    • Pre-registration is not required, but highly encouraged
    • Pre-registered job seekers will be able to check in quickly and head straight into the event
    • Walk-ins are welcome, but will need to register onsite before entering, which may cause delays

Directions on Event Day:

  • Parking is Free and Secure MCC Lot
  • All attendees will check in on the 5th Floor.
  • After check-in, you may take the elevators or stairs down to the 3rd Floor for workshops.
  • Signage and volunteers will be on-site to guide you.
