About The Job Quality Assessment (JQA) Survey

The Job Quality Assessment (JQA) Survey provides local businesses that take the survey with data driven insights highlighting five top areas impacting recruitment and retention, empowering them to better their job quality and create a stronger, more resilient workforce.

Purpose and Benefits of the JQA Survey

The Job Quality Assessment Survey is a brief, confidential, online questionnaire that RochesterWorks is currently offering for Rochester area employers with entry-level employees. The purpose of the survey is to create a benchmarking tool that can be used to help local businesses with employee recruitment and retention efforts.

RochesterWorks plans to provide survey participants with a job quality summary report* highlighting where they shine and where they have room to grow. The summary report will deliver valuable insights on wages, benefits, scheduling, career growth, and workplace support across a range of roles within an organization.

*A minimum of five local employers with a specific job title must complete the survey for a summary report to be generated.

Who Can Participate in the JQA Survey

We invite all employers in Monroe County with entry-level employees on their payroll to participate and help RochesterWorks build this regional benchmarking tool. You can help strengthen our local workforce ecosystem by completing the JQA Survey at https://RocJobQuality.com. The survey will remain open until further notice.
