Di’Juan advanced his manufacturing career through the RochesterWorks Navigator Program and Young Adult Manufacturing Training Employment Program (YAMTEP), where he was able to gain valuable skills and multiple job offers! Di’Juan’s dedication and drive led him to the opportunity to join Product Integration and Manufacturing here in Rochester, NY.

Di’Juan started his journey in manufacturing through the RochesterWorks Navigator Program, working with his assigned Navigator to develop his personal and professional goals. After solidifying his interest in the manufacturing field, Di’Juan successfully enrolled in and completed the Young Adult Manufacturing Training Employment Program (YAMTEP).
While in training, Di’Juan was known to take extensive notes, ask critical questions, and was highly motivated and punctual. Upon completion of his training, Di’Juan was offered several employment opportunities. From his many options, Di’Juan chose to work with Product Integration and Manufacturing here in Rochester, NY.
