We are a non-profit organization focused on health and wellness, youth development, and community outreach. Prior to working with RochesterWorks, we had many open positions and not enough talent to fill them all.
RochesterWorks assisted us by offering up the opportunity for us to table at job fairs where we could potentially find candidates for open positions as well as providing support for our job postings on their Job Board. They brought available job seekers to my attention and also provided opportunities for them to interview for our vacancies. Working with RochesterWorks we have hired at three times the rate we have previously. More job seekers became aware of and applied to our job openings We have made three hires in the last four years of our partnership that are still going to this day.
